Rewarding customers with exciting offers
Friday, 04th November 2016, Colombo; One of Sri Lanka’s premier fashion stores Cotton Collection has launched its loyalty card to reward customers in the upcoming shopping season with redeemable loyalty points, exclusive promotions and amazing discounts.
Offered in collaboration with Dialog Star Points, which is the first and only mobile-based loyalty network in the country, the card will offer shoppers a chance to collect Star Points for all purchases made at Cotton Collection outlets, and redeem them through future purchases.
The launch was a weekend of celebration with exciting offers, discounts and many interactive activities engaging customers throughout the launch weekend. Anyone who registered to the loyalty program of Cotton Collection was given the opportunity to enjoy a whopping discount of 20% during the weekend. This also ensured that the collaboration between Cotton Collection & Dialog will avail various opportunities to offer continuous benefits to customers throughout the year.
The key stakeholders of Cotton Collection and Dialog Axiata PLC took part in the launch event held on 4th November at Cotton Collection’s flagship store at Dharmapala Mawatha Colombo 07. Representing Cotton Collection its Managing Director Niloufer Esufally Anverally, Head of Operations Suresh Sebastian and Head of Marketing Michelle Rathnasothy, Dialog was represented by Sandra De Zoysa – Group Chief Customer Officer, Group Service Delivery, Asanga Priyadarshana – Head of Business – Mobile Telecommunications Dialog, Chinthana Jayasekara -Head of Group Business Development, Dialog, took part in the event.
Commenting on the loyalty card, Cotton Collection Managing Director Niloufer Esufally Anverally said, “Our customers are the foundation upon which we have built our business over the years. Therefore, we wanted to reward them for their loyalty and faith in us with this loyalty card. We hope to add more benefits to the card in the future and ensure that we provide the best value for money to our customers through cross brand offerings & joint promotions with the strong collaboration we now have with Dialog.”
