Ceylon Chamber to hold Post Budget Seminar

The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will hold a customary Post Budget Seminar on the 16^th November, 2017 at its auditorium. The keynote speaker of the seminar, which would be held under the title of “Insights on Budget 2018’’ will be delivered by the Honorable State Minister of Finance Eran Wickramaratne. Mrs. Charmaine Tillekeratne, Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers will make a presentation under the title of ‘’Salient features of the Government Budget 2018 from a tax perspective” Presentations by the speakers will be followed by a panel discussion and an open forum, which will enable participants to ask questions and clarify matters pertaining to the Budget proposals 2018. The panelist of the session will include Hon. Eran Wickramaratne, State Minister of Finance & Mass Media, Mr. S R Attygalle, Deputy Secretary to the Treasury, Ministry of Finance and Planning, , Mr. Duminda Hulangamuwa, Chairman Tax Committee, The Ceylon Chamber of  Commerce & Head of Tax Services & Partner, Ernst & Young Sri Lanka, Mrs. Charmaine Tillekeratne, Director PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Deshal De Mel, Advisor to the Ministry of Finance and Mr. Shiran Fernando, Chief Economist, The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. The Session would be chaired by Mr. Duminda Hulangamuwa. The seminar will take place at the Ground Floor Auditorium of the Chamber, starting at 2.30 pm.
